Standard orders: processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–15 business days after dispatch. Custom orders require longer lead time, we will inform you in advance.

Q: Q12：Do you offer wholesale / bulk pricing for resellers?

Yes, wholesale pricing is available for bulk orders. Please send an email with your estimated quantity to get a wholesale quotation.

Q: Q15：How can I track my package?

Once shipped, we will send a tracking number via email. You can track delivery status on the carrier official website.

Q: Q10：What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Q: Q9：Can I change only the tile background color without modifying graphics?

Yes, color modification is available upon request. Important reminder: Copyright protects original graphic outlines. Simply changing colors does not create a new original artwork. Do not copy third-party copyrighted patterns without authorization.

Q: Q8：What file format should I provide for custom design?

Please send vector files: AI, SVG, PDF. High-resolution PNG (300DPI+) is acceptable as alternative. We do not recommend low-resolution JPG for engraving & printing.

Q: Q6：Is this mahjong suitable for tournament / league play?

Yes. The tile markings, suits and jokers fully meet standard American Mah Jongg requirements for home games and league play.

Q: Q7：Can I customize tile patterns, colors or logo?

Yes, we support private custom orders. Custom designs include tile back patterns, customized front artwork, case printing. Please contact support to confirm MOQ, lead time and artwork requirements.

Q: Q5：Does the set come with the official NMJL MahJong card?

The NMJL official annual card is sold separately by National Mah Jongg League. Our package includes a beginner instruction booklet instead.

Q: Q4：What is the difference between American Mahjong and Chinese Mahjong?

American Mahjong uses jokers (wild tiles), follows annual NMJL hand card rules, has Charleston tile exchange, NO chow sequences. Chinese mahjong has no jokers and different winning patterns. Chinese mahjong sets cannot be used for official American play.
