Q: Q20：Is this mahjong set safe for children?

This is an adult tabletop game set. Small tiles may pose choking hazard. Keep away from toddlers under 3 years old.

Q: Q19：How to clean and maintain acrylic mahjong tiles?

Wipe tiles with soft microfiber cloth and mild clean water. Avoid alcohol, acetone, strong solvent cleaners, long-time direct sunlight, which may cause fading or yellowing.

Q: Q18：Can I buy single replacement tiles separately?

We offer replacement tile service for our customers. Contact support with tile name, color and pattern for quotation and availability check.

Q: Q17：My set arrives damaged / missing tiles, what should I do?

Please take clear photos of package outer damage, broken tiles or missing contents within 48 hours upon receipt and email to support. We will arrange replacement tiles or solutions accordingly.

Q: Q16：What is your return policy?

Unused, unopened sets in original packaging can be returned within 7 days after delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost unless the item arrives damaged or wrong item is sent. Custom personalized orders are non-refundable.

Q: Q11：Can I modify or cancel my order after checkout?

Order modification/cancellation is available only before shipment. Once dispatched, orders cannot be changed or canceled. Please email your order number to customer support ASAP.
